Founding pilot open: 10 Lagos pharmacies, free while we test

From log book to ledger.

QuickPharms is the operating system for Nigerian pharmacies. The counter, the stock room and the accounts live in one system, and it keeps selling when the network drops.

Built behind a real counter.

A family member runs a pharmacy in Lagos. His operations were an Excel sheet and hardback log books. Entries went missing, shelf counts never matched the books, and nobody could tell him what the month had actually made.

I build software, so I sat at that counter and built the system I wished he had. The enemy isn't another vendor. It's the exercise book.

One system for the counter, the shelves and the books.

Each piece below is built around how a Nigerian counter really runs.

Live

Keeps selling when the network drops

The catalogue lives on the device. Sales queue locally and sync when data returns. Every sale carries its own ID, so a replay can never record the same sale twice.

Live

Stock that adds itself up

Stock is a ledger, not a number someone remembers to update, valued at weighted-average cost.

Live

Books an accountant will accept

Every sale, purchase and payment posts a double-entry journal automatically. The trial balance always balances, and profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow come straight from it.

Live

Money on the floor, finally counted

Every search that finds nothing is logged without the cashier lifting a finger. The owner opens a list of what customers asked for and the shop didn't have, and three requests become a reorder suggestion that turns into a purchase order in one click.

Built, in testing

Ask your books anything.

Type a question the way you'd put it to your accountant. The assistant reads your pharmacy's own records, answers in plain words, and draws a chart when a chart makes it clearer.

  • Sales trends, staff performance, who rang no sales, spending, supplier balances. No report screens to learn.
  • It sees only your pharmacy's records, and only what the person asking is allowed to see. A cashier doesn't get the owner's books.
  • It never gives dosage or medical advice, and every question is written to the audit trail.

What's the invisible loss at your counter?

Walking out each month
₦195,000
that's ₦2,340,000 a year nobody recordedSimple arithmetic on 26 trading days. Use your own numbers.

Honest about what's ready.

I'll only demo what works today. In pharmacy, a feature that misreads a prescription is worse than no feature.

Working today

  • Offline selling with automatic sync
  • Fast search with live stock badges and barcode lookup
  • Stock ledger, adjustments with approval, weighted-average cost
  • Credit customers, held carts, voids that reverse cleanly
  • Suppliers, purchase orders, goods received, expenses
  • Double-entry books: trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, debtor aging
  • Demand report with reorder suggestions that become purchase orders
  • Complaints register that alerts the owner to severe cases
  • Trials and plans that never lock you out: a lapsed account turns read-only and your records stay visible
  • Several branches under one pharmacy, each with its own stock and prices, and transfers between them
  • Analytics pages for sales, products, stock and expiry, customers, suppliers, staff and forecasts
  • Audit log of who did what, on which device, and when
  • Each pharmacy's data separated at the database, not just hidden in the app

On the way

  • Profit and loss per branch. Today the books cover the whole pharmacy, while stock, sales and prices are already per branch
  • Prescription scanning and voice ordering: built and in testing, switched on only once accurate enough to trust
  • Planned: receiving electronic prescriptions from clinics and hospitals using the FHIR standard, with the pharmacist still verifying every one
  • NAFDAC and PCN report formats. The audit trail is there; I won't claim certification I don't have.

Ten founding pharmacies. Free while we test.

Tell me what's annoying about your week, and I'll do the heavy lifting. Your Excel sheet comes in first, so you judge the system on your own data.

9 of 10 founding slots left

Send your stock sheet

An Excel file or a photo of the stock book is enough.

See your own data in 48 hours

I import it and show you your products running in QuickPharms. No charge, no obligation.

Sell for two weeks, bring your accountant

Ring every sale through it, then ask your accountant if the books hold up.

In return: one 30-minute feedback call a month. When we start charging, founding pharmacies keep a locked-in founder rate, and your data is never switched off.

Have a different operations problem?

QuickPharms is proof I ship. I take two custom builds a quarter for African businesses that have a real operational headache and no engineering team. Tell me what's breaking.
